Steve- thanks for the comment, sir. Praying for better days in San Diego for you and yours. I know we’re not in CA with you all, but April and I feel very connected in our hearts for what you all are doing. Wish we could be there to live it out with you.

Yeah, that line is a little weird. But, I often listen to it in my car, so it’s quite applicable to me. I wonder how writing that line came about…

Yeah, it’s not one of those fun ministries (like the missionary to Hawaii position). And most people don’t notice it, which makes it hard to be enthusiastic about it. Baring the burdens of others certainly separates out those who are serving the Lord and those who are doing it for other reasons.

Marshall- thanks for the comment, man. And, I agree with your last statement. I’ve begun to view the statement “misery loves company” in an entirely different light in the last year or so. Something about bearing one another’s burdens….what book have I read that in?

Yeah, it’s miserable when you fall into survival mode like that. I felt a little like that last. It’s refreshing, perhaps in a strange way, to see others going through some of the same feelings.
